The Saiga-12K (referred to as the S12K in-game) is a shotgun in BATTLEGROUNDS. What the S12K lacks in range, it makes up in sheer volume. The S12K is a devastating weapon at close range while its semi-automatic action makes killing multiple enemies easier than with its pump-action or double-barrel counterparts. The weapon also has an advantage over other shotguns in its reloading time due to being magazine-fed. While its rate of fire allows four shells to be discharged within one second, the extreme recoil means putting multiple consecutive shots into the intended target difficult.S12K related weapons

Suppressor for AR, S12K The Suppressor for AR, S12K is a muzzle type attachment in BATTLEGROUNDS. Suppressors are attached to the muzzle of a gun and reduce muzzle report by packing baffles into a metal tube, causing expanding gas to be directed into the baffles, allowing more time for the gases to cool down, thus reducing the volume of a gunshot and making it much harder to pinpoint where the shot was fired from.A very rare and highly sought after attachment, besides completely eliminating muzzle flash, the suppressor more importantly reduces the distance at which gunshots can be heard and alters the muzzle report making it significantly more difficult to locate the shooter. It also has an unmentioned effect of a slight reduction in weapon deviation. The suppressor increases the length of the weapon, meaning that obstacles further away than usual will prevent the player from entering iron sights and can present an issue in confined spaces.
Red Dot Sight The Red Dot Sight is a sight type attachment in BATTLEGROUNDS.An open holographic sight that projects a red dot in the center of a glass or acrylic pane. It also speeds up the time it takes to aim down the sights by 20%. Compared to the holographic sight, the red dot sight has a less bulkier frame, although the reticle is somewhat blurrier. Nevertheless, the red dot sight is a good addition to any gun that can accept it as it has no major downsides over iron sights. Featuring adjustable reticle brightness and shape when not attached to a pistol, the red dot sight can be altered to suit the user's needs on the fly.
